suggestions for toys
yesterday we managed to get a parking ticket, NOT for an expired meter, but for expired inspection! attached to the $40 ticket is a notice indicating a campaign in the city of boston to collect toys worth the amount of the ticket (or more) for tickets given in boston between december 2 and 4... so we're thinking that's the better idea. it just feels nicer. so.... what toys should we buy for $40? please comment with suggestions!

I would look for small-ish toys, which kids like as much as bigger things, so you could get more of whatever it is. Little marble kits, jacks (Alyson loved them), stuff like that. Go into a toy store and look around, or even a family-type hardware store or a pharmacy. They have sections of toys.

Stellabella toys in porter square - they have tons of colorful and fun wood blocks! Architects have played with wood blocks for generations. From Frank Lloyd Wright to the benefactor of your Boston ticket... :)
