i just purchased a bagel and cream cheese (exciting, i know). i thought i got asiago cheese. i just cut it open and through the haze of illness i smelled cinnamon?!?! i just checked with a co-worker and yes, in fact, i managed to select a cinnamon bagel with asiago cheese on top.
[it's surprisingly good.]

i love anything with asiago cheese on it... well, darn near anything.
i used to like egg and cheese sandwiches on raisin bagels, so i guess this isn't so far of a stretch.
