CHEESY COOKIES
1 stick margarine.
10 oz. extra sharp shredded cheddar
1 C sifted all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups slightly crushed corn flakes
(1 or 2 drops tabasco sauce and 1/4 Cup chopped nuts).
Have margarine & cheese softened to room temp.
Blend & then mix in flour until well blended.
Lightly mix in corn-flakes.
Form into small balls & place on cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
Flatten with a fork (not too flat).
Bake 350 degrees, about 15 minutes.
Cool & store in covered container in refrigerator.
(Makes about 60 cheesy cookies).
