going postal
i am eagerly anticipating a piece of mail that refuses to arrive, so checking the mail every day is a very stressful event. today i received this replacement pair of shoes for a pair i got a few months ago that ripped. while not the item i was anticipating, i was quite excited to get these shoes!

i agree with you both.
these people at ncarb must play a lot of computer solitaire or something.
i am wearing my new keens right now and i have to say they don't feel great-- i'm hoping it's a breaking in phase.
